Membership Renewals 2025

Membership renewals for 2025 can be made on or after 7 January. This is done through your profile on the Member portal, once you log in. There a grace period of two weeks after 7 January. During this period, you will continue to have access to all Member benefits even if you haven’t renewed yet. This means that if you experience any issues during renewal, there is time to contact us, and we will work to solve any problems. Should this occur, please take a screenshot and then contact us and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

You will also see that future annual Membership renewal for Ordinary Members will be automated. You will still receive a reminder, and you will of course be notified well in advance of any change in the dues. You will have the option to cancel your auto renewal at any time. Student Members will still need to renew at the beginning of each year that they remain a student.

Members who are currently in the middle of 5-year terms, or on lifetime Memberships, should see their Membership roll over into 2025 seamlessly. However, if that does not appear to have happened, please contact us and we will look into it.
