10th International Summer School of Sedimentology

Well done to all the participants of the 10th International Summer School of Sedimentology, who completed a week of fieldwork, including kayaking and swimming, in Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles.  The trip focused on modern and Neogene carbonate sedimentology and the controls of climate, tectonics and dolomitization on the platform.  A huge thank you from the IAS to the trip leaders, Juan Carlos Laya and Fiona Whitaker and their team on providing what was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the participants.
